Add a personal touch to these edible gifts by selecting a color-coordinated ribbon tied at the top of the bag. The ribbon could reflect a corporate, product or event color theme, as well as an awareness color, such as pink ribbons for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Packing and Shipping

Baking and decorating cookies is our specialty. We lovingly mix, roll, bake, decorate and bag these sumptious treats so our cookies will be throroughly enjoyed by all.

However … for our customers outside of the North Florida area … we add two more steps: Packaging and Shipping. No matter how fabulous our cookies are, if they arrive broken, the customer is disappointed.  Since our goal is to continously please our new and existing customers, we know this is an important part of our cookie process.

Through trial and error, we have learned that the best method of shipping cookies is to use LOTS of bubble wrap. Between cookies, around interior boxes and inside all walls of the sturdy shipping boxes. The cookies don’t shift, which reduces the possibility of breakage.

We ship cookies Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for arrival later in the week. We try to avoid shipping later in the week, not wanting your cookies to sit in a warehouse over the weekend, before being delivered.

Our normal method of shipping cookies is via the Post Office’s Priority Mail. Boxes usually take 2-3 business days to arrive and the price is reasonable.

For orders that need to be expedited, we ship via Federal Express. FedEx Priority can have your cookies delivered by 3:00 pm (or earlier) the following business day. The cost of expedited service is determined by FedEx.

We wil be happy to provide you with a quote for expedited (FedEx) and priority (Post Office) shipping.
